Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship Shampoo

Hi Everyone!~

Sorry for the lack of updates!

I wanted to take a break from doing things, anything, for a few days because I have this weird feeling in me for quite some time now, and I can't seem to focus on what I'm doing.

I'm back now!~ I'll still try my very best to blog every single day, if I can.

Before I start going off track, Let's get into today's post!(:

Some time ago, I did a post on the TREsemme Conditioner, click HERE if you missed it, I was planning on writing a post on the TREsemme Shampoo in the same line, but because I'm not using it now, I find it a little inappropriate to share my thoughts(fully).

Instead of sharing a shampoo that I've stopped using for about 2 months now, I thought I should share something that I'm using right now~

Product description on the back of the bottle.

I believe many of you would have known this.

You push down the back of the cap to "open" the shampoo and dispense it.

It's unlike almost all the other shampoo that I've used.
PS. If the shampoo has a pump version, I usually go for that.

But sadly, Herbal Essences shampoo only comes in one size!~ So there isn't a pump in any of their shampoo, as far as I know.

I don't know if you can tell, this shampoo is a little runny.

Not very runny but a little. I think it lies between the consistency of oil and lotion.

It has a strong fruity scent. I think it might be the scent of raspberry. Since it mentioned it on their packaging.

Although it is a strong scent, but after you rinse your hair, the scent kind of disappear. It will not linger around the entire day.

My Thoughts,
From my experience.

I remember really liking their Citrus Lift shampoo in the past

But I stopped using it when I decided to grow my hair out.

And branched into trying different types of shampoo to achieve smooth, untangled hair.

A friend of mine really likes Herbal Essences shampoo and would switch between their shampoos when her hair gets use to them. It seems to work fine for her, So I thought, since I have to get a new bottle of shampoo, my TREsemme one was running out, I would try it.

I've looked through the entire range of shampoo to see which fulfill my needs, instead of having a shampoo to lock my coloured hair, I got this which will protect my hair and let it grow healthily.

What I like about this product, for starters, I really like the packaging of the shampoo. It is slim and has an easy grip. Just nice the size for my hands.

I don't really enjoy using shampoo that doesn't come in a pump. I always seem to be dropping them umpteen times while getting the shampoo out.

But it didn't happen with this shampoo.

Moving on to the scent, I like fruity scented products, especially berry or citrus scents, because it instantly gives me a refreshing feeling that wakes me up in the morning~ Just like an energy booster

From the Batiste Dry Shampoo post, click HERE if you missed it, you probably know that I don't wash my hair everyday. I like that this shampoo keeps my hair fresh for the entire day, sometimes, depending on the weather, my hair still feel fresh the 2nd day.

This shampoo not only keep my hair fresh, it also cleanse most of the product build up I have on my hair well!

I also noticed my hair becoming stronger and healthier. In the past, My hair use to break very easily, but I manage to keep the frizziness and fly away at bay with other products. When I use this shampoo, I notice that my hair doesn't break that easily and has lesser split ends.

What I don't like about this product, I love shampoo that can latter very well. But this shampoo didn't do well in that department.

I usually have to use so much more than what I use with the other shampoo to achieve the same latter.
It might be because it is a little runny that's why it doesn't latter that well.

It gives the feeling that it stripped off all the natural oil on your hair while rinsing the shampoo off, which is a feeling that always makes me feel negative about, but as soon as you dry your hair, the feeling goes away.

Would I recommend this? I would!~ Especially for girls( or guys) who wants to grow their hair!
Even the hair stylist noticed that I have lesser split ends when I get my hair trimmed.
Everyone wants strong and healthy looking hair, this shampoo has achieved it, so it is definitely worth the buy.

This retails for about SGD$5-7 at Watsons, Guardian and Major super and hyper markets in Singapore.

Has anyone tried the Long Term Relationship Shampoo?? What are your thoughts?
What other shampoo from Herbal Essences would you recommend??
Leave your comments and thoughts in the comments section down below!~ I'd love to read them!(:

PS. I tried to be a little artsy and did this..

LOL~ Credits to the rain.

But it didn't turn out as artsy as I expected~ LOL!~

Thanks for reading!~

xx, meiyi
