September 2012 Favorites~

Hi everyone,

I've always been wondering why do people who makes videos always seem to have monthly favorites?

Before I starting blogging every single day I couldn't figure that out.

It's been almost 3 months since I've started blogging and I've found the answer to my doubt.

After deciding to start this blog, I've started trying out so many more products, even those that I used to think "there's no way I'm gonna use this"

I guess this is what happens when you've decided to do this!(:

Today marks the end of September, and I have some products I have been using almost every single day during this month and I thought I should share it with you!~

PS. This are the products that I've been enjoying from the start of September until now. Not my all time favorite~

Time check.. It is 2.16am in the morning now.
I have no idea what I am doing sitting in front of my laptop writing a post.

My brains are pretty much too tired to be even functioning well.
PS. I do function well at night, but that's if I have enough sleep. But I have been lackong of sleep ever since school started.

I may just keep typing and typing and just fall asleep without even posting this up!~

Hi everyone!

Since I'm always in the air-conditioned room now, due to school, my lips are getting really dry and chapped recently.

Although I exfoliate and moisturize my lips everyday, my lips still manage to dry and chapped on me!~

I'm actually really glad I found this product earlier this year (in Janurary?) when I forgot my lip balm and really needed one!~

It's a little more than one week since school have started.

I remember doing a post on Back 2 School Beauty Essentials post. And in the post I featured a facial spray.

And today, I have a facial spray with me that I would like to share my thoughts about.

Etude House Haul#?

It seems like I haven't been blogging for a few days!~
But the last time I blogged was yesterday!~ This is so weird~

After doing what I do best, PROCRASTINATING!~ I'm here with another post.

I did some packing in my room, revised a little and tried to film a video! It is pretty successful, to think that I would end up failing again~ But I felt like something is wrong, can't put my fingers on it, so I shall try again~

And I thought I should reward myself by getting some lip tint that I really wanted to try from Etude House when I went for late lunch just now~

PS. I know I haven't mentioned, I don't know if you've noticed, the quality of the photos became better because I invested on a better camera. And for those who don't know, I'm still schooling, so other than my monthly allowance I get from my parents, I don't have any other income. So I have been restricting myself from buying too much makeup!

So after probably not buying any makeup for almost a month, I gave myself a $30 budget to get some lip tints.

But guess what-.- I ended up buying somethings else rather than lip tint! -.-

If you follow me on twitter, you probably would have seen me tweeting about making videos.

And if you didn't know, I really want to make videos, Since 2009. But with me being such a pessimist, it did have the courage to.

Recently, I got encouraged by a YouTuber to make videos, and I really got motivated by it.

So today, I sat down and decided to film something, but all the bad thoughts come flowing in again, and in the end, I didn't manage to film at all!):

I shall pluck more courage and try again next time, maybe tomorrow..

This post is going to be different from the other posts that I've been writing. After posting about the Dry Shampoo that I use, Click HERE to read it if you haven't, I thought of sharing this with you~

I have relatively straight hair. I mentioned in my previous post, the dry shampoo post, that I don't wash my hair everyday.

Whenever I'm at home, there's no way I can stand my hair to be all over my face. I must always wear a hair band to get my fringe out of my face and tie my hair into a bun because the weather is just so warm.

But doing that, I will have weirdly structured waves on my hair, which makes it look really messy and no matter how I try to comb it down, it will still looks very messy.

So the solution to it is to flat iron my hair!

Batiste Dry Shampoo Original

Will you be very gross out if I told you I don't wash my hair every single day?

I probably be really grossed out if someone told me that.

You are actually the first ones that I'm telling this secret to!!*feels very insecure*

I've read many articles online that to maintain your hair(especially for people with long hair) at tip top condition and don't want dried ends, you shouldn't wash your hair everyday.

I was also told by hair stylists about this too. They also told me I should use the natural oil from my scalp, from my 2nd day hair, to nourish the rest of my hair by combing it through..

But how to??!!

In Singapore there is no way you will feel that it is ok to not wash your hair every single day!

The weather is so hot and humid here. So very often you'll find your scalp feeling oily, dirty, sweaty, and itchy by the end of the day!

HOW TO NOT WASH YOUR HAIR EVERYDAY???!!!

A little more than half a year ago, I found my solution~ It may not be the best solution, but at least it makes me feel much better about it.

AHHH~~ Today marks my first day of a new school year~ I'm not really excited about it or anything, actually out of all the years that I've been in school, this year seen really hmm...how should I say... It doesn't strike to me that school is starting and suddenly. *POOF* It started~ Ya this feeling. Not too sure if you all felt this way too.

When I was back home from school removing my makeup this afternoon, I was thinking of deep cleansing my skin, and thought that I should share my thoughts about this product that I've been using quite some time~

I was reading the Bobbi Brown Makeup Manual that I got a little more than a week ago.
And there was this part where she was mentioning the importance of sun screen. Then I thought. HEY!~ I have done a post on Sunscreen yet!~

I have no idea how I manage to forget about this since I wear it so often. But I still manage to.

I've tried many different kinds of sunscreen, I don't know if I have mentioned, I HATE wearing Sunscreen!~
I believe many of you can feel me with this. Sunscreen always leave this very weird and oily/sticky feeling on anywhere you apply. And the feeling is definitely not something I want to experience everyday.

But because applying sunscreen is so important when it comes to protecting your skin, I have to force myself to wear them.

One day, I came across one of Dulce Candy's video mention this sunscreen, recommending it. So when I saw it at Watsons, I got it immediately!~

Thanks to Dulce Candy for recommending this in that video. Because ever since then, I've been using it~~

YAY! I'm back with another review!~

But before I start, let me say something unrelated to this.

My school has just started this week, and I don't know how often I can be blogging. I hope I will still be able to blog every single day without fail but I can't guarantee that I'll be able to.

And another thing, if you realised, I have been posting up my post in the day most of the time. I think from now on, I can only post my post at night since I have to be in school in the day!~

I'm really thankful that there is people (not much though) reading my blog every single day consistently, because this really gives me the motivation to keep blogging every single day!~

Eye makeup has always been something I dread to remove from my face, especially waterproof products!~
As you all know, I love using the Biore Hydra-Clear makeup remover. I know my trusty Biore Hydra-Clear will never fail on me when it comes to removing the toughest makeup on my face but I still like using a facial wipe to remove my eye makeup before using the Biore Hydra-Clear.

This is only because I want to make sure my face is extremely clean after cleansing and minimal makeup is left on the surface of my skin.
I don't know if what I'm doing is right or not, it's more like a pet peeve of mine~

I've tried a few kinds of makeup remover wipes, but by far, my favourite one at the moment is the Biore Cleansing Oil Cotton Facial Sheets

From yesterday's post, I mention that I didn't want to do a review post, it's the same today.

I feel like having a weekend off from doing reviews.

I think about a year back when this tag was going around YouTube, I told myself. I want to do this tag! But at that time I didn't have a blog or do videos, so I told myself. I must do this tag when I start blogging or making videos.

What's In My Travel Makeup Bag!

As you all know, I went for a short getaway, If you haven't read, click here and here . It was a 3 days 2 nights trip, so I had to make sure not to over pack my makeup!~

I always tend to over pack for trips because there's always too many 'what ifs' in my mind while packing. So sometimes I tend to pack my bags again before the trip to make sure not to over pack! HEHHEH~

This time round, without any doubt, I repacked my bags, as well as my makeup bag, to make sure I don't bring too much.

Since I don't carry a makeup bag with me on a regular day, I thought this might be a good idea to show you what I'll bring along when I'm away from home!(:

Depending on where I'm going, I'll use different size bags, to contain my makeup, and depending on how long I'll be away and what I'm doing.
