ST Ives Apricot Scrub

I was having a busy day until now!~ So it's time for a new post!~

We're talking about scrub today!

This is the Sensitive Skin version.

Whenever I shop for skincare products, I try my best to get something mild enough for sensitive skin, because I don't want to experience any unpleasant experience with products that are too harsh on the skin, especially scrubs.

I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing, because no one told me how to  and what to do with skincare, I just thought that way.

Back of the packaging.

Product Description,

From America's #1 Scrub brand, this extra mild Apricot Scrub for sensitive skin, instantly smoothes skin and is gentle enough to use everyday.

To be honest I don't use it everyday although, on the packaging, they said for best results to use everyday.

It comes in a squeeze tube

And the product comes out like this.

You want to wet your face before using this scrub because it might be a little too harsh on dry skin.

When you start exfoliating, you should be able to see tiny micro beads in the scrub.

If you find the product too harsh, try adding some water to it.

My Thoughts,
From my experience.

This was the first scrub I got myself when I just started watching YouTube videos. I felt that my skin was too dry and flaky, I wanted something to make it better.

I went searching around and came across this product. Heard great reviews and decided to get it.

And I have been using this product up till today.

I don't use it everyday now, like mentioned earlier, but I still use it whenever I feel that I need extra exfoliating to my skin.

What I like about this product, for starters, I like how easy and hygienic it is to get the product out from a tube, no direct contact with the product.
It has this slight scent in the scrub that relaxes me after a long day, at work or at school.
The scent is very very light, so for those who are concerned, don't worry, you won't get sick of the smell.
I like that it does make my skin feel much smoother and softer and I do realise that after using this product to exfoliate my skin, the moisturizer seem to be absorbing much better than on normal days.
I also like that whenever I have like little tiny bumps on my face, I don't know what to call that, I can use this product to easily get rid of them.

What I don't like about this product, actually I didn't felt it until I've tried many other scrubs, I feel that this scrub, although it is for sensitive skin, it is too harsh for me to use it everyday. I find that to a certain point, my face actually feels painful while exfoliating. It is not something that is unbearable, but at least in stores there are other exfoliating products that won't give this feeling, eg. cure.

But on the hold, I like having this product around, So whenever I want to do a deep exfoliation to my skin to remove all the oil, dirt, leftover makeup, dead skin, etc. I can use this scrub!~ Because it works well with that!(:

Unlike all the other facial scrub, I like keeping this in my shower, so I can reach for it anytime when I'm in the bath, due to it's packaging.

Although there is a con I've noticed about this product, but I still like using it, not on a everyday basis. every now and then.

This retails for SGD$6.90 - $8.90 at our local Guardian & Wastons stores
