Fresh Cherry Tint by Etude House Part 2

Hi everyone!(:

A week or 2 back I did a post on Fresh Cherry Tint by Etude House. Click here if you missed it!~

What I didn't mention in that post was there are 2 packaging / series to this tint at Etude House.
And the one I was intending to get wasn't those, but I thought I'll get them anyway.
Don't get me wrong!~ I do like the lip tint, it's just not the one that I've been wanting.

I finally found it at one of the Etude House I've visited!~

It has the same name!~

Fresh Cherry Tint

And the colour I have is Fresh Red.

They have 2 colours with this type of packaging.
The one I didn't get was in pink.

Product Description,

My sister just asked me if the Etude House lip tints are drying to the lips.
I'm not sure if I mention it in the previous post, but NO!
The lip tints are not drying to the lips.
I think there is moisturizing properties in it!~

I don't know if they are the same collection but there is a difference in the packaging.

Similar to the other 2, this comes with a doefoot applicator.
And the brush is really soft~
I believe I've never mention it before, but I've once tried a lip gloss with this kind of applicator, and it feels a little scratchy on my skin, felt a little turn off ever since then~
I guess as time passes, every brands have improved in their applicator and I've never felt that feeling anymore!~(:

From the swatch above, you can tell that this tint is going to be quite pigmented.

Comparing to the other 2 tints,

PS. I have 2 coats of the pink and orange lip tint and 1 coat for the red tint.

You can tell that the red tint is noticeably more opaque than the other 2.

Leaving it on for another few minutes to allow the product to set,

I've wiped off the excess products you show how the tint will look throughout the day.

And as you can see, the pay off from the red tint is more intense than the other 2.

My Thoughts,
From my experience

Since the pink and orange tint or more on the sheer side, I would say these 2 tints will be more suitable for a everyday look, when you're going to school or anything that you'll do daily and don't want much makeup on.

Whereas for the red, I find that it is too intense for a everyday look when you don't really feel like wearing any makeup.

What I like about this product, I like how intense the colour pay off is as compared to the other 2 tints that I've purchased. It is not something that I will wear everyday, because it might look a little too much without much makeup on, but it is a nice product it have around when you're going some where a little more special, like a dinner date~

Like mentioned above, this tint is not drying to the lips, I've been wearing these 3 tints everyday and I don't see my lips chapping at all. I've tried some tint drying my lips out a little because it has alcohol in it. I don't think this has alcohol, therefore it is not drying to the lips at all.

This lip tint, red tint, actually last on your lips the entire day! It does lighten a little halfway through, but there isn't a need to touch up, because it is still quite intense.

As for the pink and orange tint, the colours are more on the natural side, the colour is not as intense as the red tint, but you will still see a noticeable difference while having it on. I would say you might want to touch this up like one more time throughout the entire day because after drinking and eating, the colour might faded a little, since it is a sheer colour.

What I don't like about this product, my only complain about this product is that the red tint, took me a while to find it.
I've seen the pink and orange tint all around, in every Etude House stores, but for the red one, I've hardly seen it around. So you might want to get it when you see it!~

Would I recommend it? Yes for all 3!~ Just like the previous post, I really recommend getting these products to try. If you want something more sheer, try the "curvy" packaging~ If you want a more opaque colour, try the "blockish" packaging ~

This retails for SGD$12.90 at our local Etude House stores
