Skinfood - Fresh Aloe Pack

Hi Everyone!

In the previous post, I mentioned about a Aloe Vera Gel, Click Here if you missed it

So I thought, since I'm on the Aloe Vera topic, I shall share my opinion on another Aloe Vera product.

Like all other skinfood wash-off mask, it comes in a tub~

In case you can't see,

Product Description,
A soothing pack with Aloe Extract, providing moisture and hydration to dry skin.

To use,
Evenly apply to the face with circular movements for 30 seconds. Leave it for 5-6 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

I don't know if you can see, it is in a milky-translucent cream/gel consistency.

when you first get it out, it looks like it will go on your face white,

but as soon as you spread it out, it becomes clear.

Not sure if you noticed in the previous photo it has some bits in the mask.

This is not for exfoliating because it doesn't feel rough/hard. I think it's Aloe Vera bits.

My Thoughts,
From my experience.

What I like about this product, this mask comes in handy when I'm dealing with dry skin day.
I'll apply it on, leave it on much longer than the stated time, and it instantly hydrates my skin.

Because I stay in a air-conditioned environment for almost 3/4 of my day, sometimes, my daily skincare routine just didn't manage to keep my skin hydrated all the time
When my skin is hydrated, on normal days, I wouldn't feel the tight sensation, you will feel after deep cleansing your face, after daily cleansing.
However, on days where my skin is dehydrated, I would have that feeling. And it feels really uncomfortable.
So when I get this feeling, I'll use this mask and it will add extra moisture to hydrate the skin.

After using this mask every single time, my skin feels so much softer, smoother, and seems more elastic too.
I don't know how it does it, but that's something the Aloe Vera Gel didn't manage to do.

What I don't like about this product, This product has a funky smell to it. I can't explain what scent it is, but it's something I don't like smelling!~
But it's bearable for something I don't apply everyday/ or too often.

This probably is the complain I have for all Skinfood products. And it is the price!!~~
I know in Singapore, Skinfood is almost 3times the price!!~~ Why must it be so expensive!!~

Would I recommend this? I would strongly recommend this, only if you can get this mask at a cheaper price, let's say SGD$ 15-20(?). I would still recommend this because it is a good mask to have around for extra hydration for your skin, you can pamper yourself once in a while. Unlike some masks (for hydration) I've tried, this really locks moisture into your skin. It's not something you apply, feel hydrated, smooth and soft instantly, and the next day, it's back to square one.

This retails for SGD$33 at our local Skinfood stores.

I believe it is around SGD$10 in Korea, so if you're there, you should get one to try out!!~

If you're tried this mask, share your thoughts on it in the comments section down below!!~
If you have anything you want to recommend, leave them down below too!!~
I'll love to read them!!~

PS.Tomorrow's going to be my 100th post on this blog. It's nothing special, Just thought I would mention~(:

Thanks for reading!!~

xx, meiyi
